You know, the media's filled with a majority of stupid people. And just to be clear, by "majority," I actually mean everyone but Katie.

I don't know what the fuck happened last weekend, but I'm thinking the Cannons had a fairy godmother or something else in their favour. I don't care what anyone says - it had nothing to do with the lack of Smith, and definitely had nothing to do with Roger not being a good captain. But people are going to tell themselves whatever lies they need to help them sleep at night, so whatever.

I might as well just put it out there that I definitely won't be attending that Ministry ball. It's not as if I work there anyway, right? Nor do I want to celebrate.

I'm thinking I'll need to entertain myself some other way, then. Anyone want to take me up on that?

I sort of just want to go to bed and sleep until it's Monday. I'm trying not to.

I learned something today. No matter how much my mum tries to pretend she's incredibly more mature than my dad, she'll always revert to acting like a petty teenager when they come face to face. Of course dad's no better. I wish they'd go back to the avoiding each other stage.
